What to bring?
For our classes, grip socks are required. We have socks for purchase in-studio if you need some or happen to forget.
Where to park?
Street parking is available directly outside of the studio. You can also park in the parking deck on Second Avenue (Enter BPA Parking Deck 6 into your maps)— there is free parking for one hour.
How do I enter the studio?
As you approach the building, you will enter through the side entrance. You should have received the code to the front door via text, as you enter we are located on the second floor in Suite 203 at the end of the hall.
Do you have beginner classes?
Our classes are thoughtfully designed for all levels— from first time movers to seasoned practitioners. Instructors provide modifications and progressions so you feel supported and challenged.
What is your cancellation policy?
To respect our instructors and members, we ask for cancellations at least 8 hours prior to class through the TPD app. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. For membership cancellation, we require a 14 day notice— please email us at member@thepilatesdwelling.com.
Should I take a class if I am pregnant or recovering from an injury?
We strongly encourage you to consult with your physician before starting or continuing Pilates during pregnancy or recovery. Our instructors can offer modifications, but please notify our staff ahead of your class so we can support your needs.
