FAQs

How do I prepare for my first class?

To prepare for your first class you should plan to arrive 10 minutes early. We recommend comfortable workout attire and require grip socks for safety and stability (available for purchase at the studio).

Where should I park?

There is street parking available near the studio. For added convenience, there is a parking deck (BPA Parking Deck 6) just one block over that offers free parking for the first hour— perfect for our 45-minute class time.

Do you have beginner classes?

Our classes are thoughtfully designed for all levels— from first time movers to seasoned practitioners. Instructors provide modifications and progressions so you feel supported and challenged.

How much do classes cost, and do you offer bundles or memberships?

We offer a range of memberships and class packs to suit your lifestyle— from 4 classes per month to unlimited access. Each membership is designed to help you stay consistent while cultivating your personal pilates journey. Learn more about our membership options here.

What is your cancellation policy?

To respect our instructors and members, we ask for cancellations at least 8 hours prior to class through the TPD app. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. For membership cancellation, we require a 14 day notice— please email us at member@thepilatesdwelling.com.

Should I take a class if I am pregnant or recovering from an injury?

We strongly encourage you to consult with your physician before starting or continuing Pilates during pregnancy or recovery. Our instructors can offer modifications, but please notify our staff ahead of your class so we can support your needs.
